Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using rgc-dev.tensorplay.cn, forum.tensorplay.cn, the package registry, the Playground, and related services (together, the “Service”), you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are created through GitHub authorisation. Provide accurate information, and use only an account that you own or are authorised to represent.
- You are responsible for your GitHub account, password, passkeys, recovery codes, and API tokens, and for activity under your account. We recommend enabling MFA.
- If your account or a token is compromised, revoke the session or token immediately and contact zlx@tensorplay.cn.
- In principle, one personal account per person; organisation accounts should be managed by authorised members.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use or assist others in using the Service to:
- violate the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, phish, defraud, or spam;
- access, scan, attack, or interfere with any system, network, or account without authorisation;
- bypass quotas, rate limits, access controls, or security mechanisms, or place an unreasonable load on the Service;
- scrape data to train commercial models, mass-register accounts, inflate download counts, or manipulate rankings;
- harass, hate, discriminate, threaten, dox, or publish another person's personal information without consent;
- run cryptocurrency mining, persistent services, proxy tunnels, or attack traffic in the Playground;
- impersonate RGC, misrepresent your affiliation, or imply official endorsement of your content.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts. For unlawful or security-critical conduct, we may act without prior notice.
4. User content and licence
- You retain copyright in packages, READMEs, forum posts, Playground code, and other content you publish (“User Content”).
- To operate, display, back up, and improve the Service, you grant RGC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and create backups of User Content. If public content is deleted, this licence ends, except for backups and archives, versions already downloaded or referenced by others, and retention required by law.
- If your work is selected for the homepage or official channels (for example, Build Season), we will try to credit you and link to the source; you can ask us to withdraw the display using the contact email.
- You represent and warrant that you have the rights needed to grant this licence, that your content does not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights, and that it contains no confidential information you are not entitled to disclose.
- Public packages are distributed under the licence declared in the package metadata. If no licence is declared, all rights are reserved by default and others may not copy, modify, or redistribute the package.
- Forum posts are public by default. Other users may read, reply to, and quote them within the platform; uses beyond reasonable quotation still require your permission.
5. Packages and open-source licences
- The RGC compiler and official repositories are distributed under the Apache License 2.0; third-party packages use their own licences.
- Package publishers are responsible for content, security, licence compliance, and maintenance. We do not endorse or warrant third-party packages.
- We may remove malicious, unlawful, infringing, or seriously risky unmaintained packages.
- Before downloading or using a package, read its licence and assess the security risk yourself.
6. Playground
- Submitted code is sent to AWS Lambda (EU Central / Frankfurt) for execution, processed only for the request, and not persisted in our database. Run metadata (timing, result, IP, user ID) may be recorded for quotas and abuse investigation.
- The Playground is a shared, limited resource with daily quotas and rate limits. Do not submit passwords, tokens, private keys, or other confidential information.
- Share links encode the code in the URL; anyone with the link can see it.
- We try to isolate the runtime but cannot guarantee it resists all malicious code, and output is not guaranteed to be suitable for production.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on GitHub (sign-in and version files), Cloudflare (CDN/security), Microsoft Azure (backend and database), AWS (email, Playground, forum storage), Google Fonts (typefaces), and Beehiiv (blog subscription). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.
8. Changes and termination
- We may add, change, or discontinue features; for material changes we will try to give notice on the site.
- You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously breach these terms, endanger the Service, or where required by law.
- The provisions on User Content licences, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of vulnerabilities, or that third-party packages, forum content, or Playground output will be accurate, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. You use them at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, or your configuration or code.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Consumer rights
If you use the Service as a consumer, these terms do not affect mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country. If these terms conflict with mandatory law, mandatory law prevails.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the RGC operator, without prejudice to mandatory protections available to you where you live. If a dispute arises, please contact zlx@tensorplay.cn and try to resolve it with us first; if that fails, either party may bring the matter before a court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We will update this page and its “Last updated” date. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after they take effect means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
